  • Waterproof Vinyl Plank

Vinyl Plank is unlike any other floor covering. It is 100% waterproof. It is made from PVC, a kind of plastic which does not absorb moisture whatsoever. To see for yourself, drop a piece of Vinyl Plank into a bathtub, leave it for a week and when you pull it out you will see that it is the exact same shape as when it went in.

Their high-end line of LVP and LVT, called ‘Pergo Extreme’ is top notch: it has some of the best embossing we’ve ever seen, very forward-thinking on-trend looks, it is superbly durable and waterproof and it comes with a solid warranty. Read below to find out more on why we decided to feature Pergo Extreme at the upcoming Calgary Fall Home Show.

Laminate manufacturers have successfully created a water-resistant laminate, (not to be confused with waterproof). These new lines of Laminate will hold up against all kinds of surface spills and thus can be installed in high moisture areas like kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and entryways.
